Thank you for working the 2023 KHSAA State Volleyball Tournament presented by UK HealthCare. Here are some pertinent details to help you prepare for the event at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

• Dates: Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4
• Site: George Rogers Clark High School
  Address: 2745 Boonesboro Rd., Winchester 40391

• KHSAA Staff:  Arrives at 7:30 a.m. for final set-up
• Event Staff: Arrives Gym at 9:15 a.m.
• Pass & Ticket Gates open at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Matches are at 11 a.m., 1:30, 5 and 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, November 4

• KHSAA Staff: Arrives at 9:30 a.m.
• Event Staff: Arrives at Report to Gym at 9:30 a.m.
• Pass & Ticket Gates open at 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Meals

• Concession Stand meals (Hot Dog, Hamburger, Chicken) will be provided at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.
