08/31/16 – Annual Meeting Reminders

With the KHSAA Annual Meeting of schools two weeks away, here are some important reminders.

HYATT HOUSING

The Hyatt Regency, adjacent to the center, has a small block of rooms available for September 13, by contacting 859-253-1234 and when transferred to the reservations office, refer to the KHSAA block of rooms (“KHSAA Athletic Meeting”) for the KHSAA block of rooms at $127 per night. Reservations at the Hyatt should be made by September 6, 2016 as the block will close at that time. Please be mindful that with other meetings in town that day, prompt room requests would be helpful in ensuring a room is available.

PROPOSALS

The summary of the proposals has been online for a couple of weeks at http://khsaa.org/annualmeeting/20162017/annualmeetingproposals.pdf. More details and descriptions will be posted as the meeting nears as always. Please see the website at http://khsaa.org/general/day-to-day/annual-meeting-information/. We are reviewing the proposals in detail at the region meetings and can clarify any issues you would like to have clarified by email or phone.

DELEGATE DESIGNATION AND OTHER DETAILS
