Good morning!  

We look forward to seeing our 2025 class of inductees and their representatives in just two weeks on March 18 at the KHSAA office in Lexington (2280 Executive Drive)  for the videotaping of your segments for the banquet!

To follow up on the email back on Feb. 18 and to assist you in preparation for the upcoming schedule please review the below details.  With production timelines, it will be essential that we meet the requests for information.  Feel free to reach out to the office with any questions.

VIDEO RECORDING (March 18)
Again, this will be the video that is your acceptance at the banquet so dress accordingly.  The response should be no longer than 3-4 minutes as this will be paired with your bio and photos.  The two questions you will be asked to respond to are:

• Who would you like to thank on your behalf for the induction honor?
• Share with the group a funny or unusual story

PHOTOS (March 18)
Please bring with you:

• The photo you would like to have on the plaque
• The photo you would like to be on the hanging banner
• 7-8 good action shots of the inductee

Photos can be scanned and returned to you.

PLAQUE BIO (March 18)
On the 18th, we must finalize the bio information that will be read as part of the video segment along with it being used on the induction plaque.  Please review the media release that was comprised of the nomination forms.  Feel free to share additional information to be included as needed.

TICKETS FOR BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT RECOGNITION (March 29)
Each of the inductees or representatives is invited to attend the semifinal games of the 2025 UK HealthCare Boys’ Sweet Sixteen® Tournament at Rupp Arena on Saturday morning, March 29, for a short on-court recognition at halftime of the 11 a.m. game.

This recognition is strictly voluntary, but those able to attend will be provided a reserved seat and two companion seats for the Saturday morning 11 a.m. game.

Specific seat locations will not be available until the week of the tournament and will be sent via electronic ticket to your email address.

A reminder that the deadline to request the seats is before March 24 via the hofclass@khsaa.org email address.

You will be informed once the final logistics.

BANQUET TICKETS
We are finalizing the details of ticketing for the banquet and will have those to review with you on March 18.
