The final sections of the Annual Title IX Report are now available for entry in KHSAA/Arbiter360.  As a reminder, the first phase of the Title IX report opened up on March 11.  At that time, we made the Financials and the Procedures sections available for entry.

The additional and final sections are the “Roster” (Review) and “Improvements” sections.

I’ve created this 20-minute video that goes into detail:

Additional notes and known issues:

  • To clarify a few items on the Financial form (T35):
    • You are entering financial information from the 2023-2024 school year.  So the system is looking at your rosters from 2023-2024.  This is the same as it was in our old Title IX Software on our legacy system.
    • We migrated 2023-2024 rosters from our old system to your School’s Arbiter account late last summer.
    • If you fielded a team in 2023-2024 and it is not letting you input information for that sport, you can go to your Resources>Team page, select the team in question, select it’s roster, select 2023-24 from the drop down list and verify whether or not you had athletes on the team or not.  If you did and mistakenly didn’t enter any athletes into our legacy system, you can enter at least one student athlete to the 2023-2024 roster to enable entry on the Financial form.
  • Of course, the Roster Review looks at the current year’s rosters.
  • Since 2024-2025 is not a mandatory survey year for all schools, the survey section (our legacy T63 form) will not be available for this year’s report.  It will be available for the 2025-2026 school year.  If you have additional questions about the survey, please let me know.
  • You will be able to print your preliminary report PDF on the April 30 software release
  • There has been a bug reported where, in some cases, your Procedures Section (Gender Equity Review Committee) will not mark complete, even if you have entered everything that is required.  It saves, but will not mark as complete.  This will be fixed on the 4/30 release as well.
  • There are reports of data not saving correctly on the Financials Form.  Arbiter has identified the issue and,  yes, as you guessed it, it will be fixed in the 4/30 release.  If you are experiencing this frustrating issue, please wait until 5/1 to enter financials.

Please note that KHSAA staff will be at the Athletic Directors Conference on Friday, April 25, in the AM to give an update on Title IX, along with other important current news and updates.

As always, thank you again for your patience and support throughout this project.
