This email is being sent to Athletic Directors and Girls’ Volleyball Coaches.

As the season begins today, we wanted to share some important reminders to assist you.

ROSTERS
Rosters with numbers are required to be entered and or updated in the KHSAA360 System (Arbiter).  This is important as this serves as your eligibility list with regard to insurance.  Check with your Athletic Director if changes/updates need to be made in the event you have not been given access by your athletic staff to make any changes.

Rosters were “rolled over” from last year, with underclassmen promoted to the next year in school accordingly.

SCHEDULE
All games are to be entered in KHSAA360 (Arbiter) by the host school.  For those with tournaments, please enter them using the tournament manager/builder.  For a refresher and other schedule entry updates, review Mr. Catron’s YouTube video here.

RESULTS/SCORES
Results are also to be entered in KHSAA360 (Arbiter).  You can also enter the scores through the Arbiter360 app.  It is important to monitor your schedule as entered in Aribter and displayed on the KHSAA Scoreboard.

Please review the following step-by-step instructions for reporting scores in the current Arbiter system, as well as exciting updates on upcoming features that will further enhance each school’s ability to report scores in the coming weeks.

Following the conclusion of each varsity contest throughout the season, it is the responsibility of the competing schools to report the final score to Arbiter and upload player statistics. Though Arbiter offers an abundance of additional features, member schools are encouraged to utilize only scores and statistics of KHSAA varsity team sports (baseball, basketball, field hockey, football, lacrosse, soccer, softball, volleyball) that are required to be reported in the current Arbiter system for display on the KHSAA/Riherds Scoreboard.

All schedule and score data displayed on the KHSAA/Riherds Scoreboard is populated directly from the information reported to Arbiter by member schools. Schools will receive reminder emails for score reporting and stat entry on the day of competition, as well as reminder emails for missing scores and stats two days later. The KHSAA/Riherds Scoreboard phone number is no longer available for reporting scores via voicemail. All schedule inquiries should be sent to scheduleentry@khsaa.org.

  • Reporting scores from your ArbiterGame Dashboard:
The most common way for schools to enter scores is directly from the Schedule tab in ArbiterGame. Schools will see the option to add scores to a game on the day of the event.
  • Quick Add: Schools have the option to quickly add an Away Score and Home Score for each game on their schedule.

  • Extra Score Details: Schools also have the option to expand the score details of a game in order to mark a winner, or if the game counts towards the win/loss record. By default, the winner will be determined by the highest score (unless otherwise specified).

  • Reporting Scores from the Arbiter Mobile App
Schools can also report scores directly from the mobile app, available on both the App Store for iOS users and the Google Play Store for Android users.
  • To report scores on the mobile app, schools must log in to the app first. After logging in, they can find the sport/team that needs scores updated. The option to add scores will become available once the game has started. At that point, schools will see an additional option for adding scores attached to the game.
  • If scores have already been entered, they will be visible, and the school will still have the option to edit scores if necessary.

Officials entering scores:
  • Officials working your games can also add scores when completing their post-game reports. If you’re using Arbiter assigning groups that mandate post-game reports, you’ll see the scores entered by the officials on your schedule. If necessary, these scores can always be edited by either of the schools involved in the game.

REPORTING PLAYER STATISTICS

  • Stats can be reported via the following link: https://oidc.khsaa.org
  • Once prompted to log in with your Arbiter credentials, schools will be able to Enter/Edit Team Stats for the appropriate sport.
  • Stats entries are required, and schools may be fined within Bylaw 27 for failure to comply.

6.png

  • Stats cannot be entered until scores have been reported on Arbiter.
  • Stats must be entered on a game-by-game basis.
  • Cumulative stat reports are automatically generated from game stats.
  • KHSAA/Riherds Scoreboard stat leaders will be computed from submitted stat reports – there will be a time lag from when they are entered into Arbiter and show on the Scoreboard.
