Thursday, Feb. 15 (Boys’/Coed Championship)
- KHSAA Staff arrive at the venue at 6 a.m. (Navy shirt)
- Event Staff arrival: 6:30 a.m.
- Ticket Staff arrival: 7:30 a.m.
- Table Workers: 7:45 a.m.
- Gates Open at 7 a.m. for teams; 8:30 a.m. for fans.
Friday, Feb. 16 (Boys’/Coed Championship)
- KHSAA Staff arrive at the venue at 6:30 a.m. (Black shirt)
- Event Staff arrival: 7 a.m.
- Ticket Staff arrival: 7:15 a.m.
