The 2024-25 winter slate of state championships is set to continue with the first events of the calendar year, beginning with the first round of the 2025 KHSAA Swimming & Diving State Championships presented by UK HealthCare on Saturday and followed by the first session of the 2025 KHSAA Bowling State Championships presented by UK HealthCare on Monday.

The state first round of swimming competition will take place across three different sites for the second consecutive season, with swimmers from Regions 1-3 competing at Bowling Green, swimmers from Regions 4-6 competing at the University of Louisville and swimmers from Regions 7-9 competing at Scott.

After the conclusion of the event’s opening weekend, the Swimming & Diving State Championships will draw to a close at the Lancaster Aquatic Center on the University of Kentucky campus in Lexington on Feb. 20-22. All three days of the final events will be broadcast live on khsaa.tv to subscribers of the NFHS Network.

The Bowling State Championships will take place in their entirety at Kingpin Lanes in Jeffersontown on Feb. 10-12. Boys’ team and singles sessions will commence on Monday, followed by girls’ team and singles sessions on Tuesday, closing with Unified & Adapted play on Wednesday.

About the Kentucky High School Athletic Association

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association was organized in 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high school athletics in the Commonwealth.
