Thursday, Feb. 15 (Boys’/Coed Championship)

• KHSAA Staff arrive at the venue at 6 a.m. (Navy shirt)
• Event Staff arrival: 6:30 a.m.
• Ticket Staff arrival: 7:30 a.m.
• Table Workers: 7:45 a.m.
• Gates Open at 7 a.m. for teams; 8:30 a.m. for fans.

Friday, Feb. 16 (Boys’/Coed Championship)

Misc.

• You should enter through the South Hall on the lower side of the arena to check-in.
• Lunch and dinner will be provided each day in the work room located in the back hallway behind the main stage.
• If you are a registered official and working the tables, you are welcome to wear your officials’ uniform shirt and jeans/khakis (no shorts). Please do not the wear the official referee pants, so everyone understands the separation of duties.
• Additional table workers can wear one of the event staff shirts that were provided by Rudis in the past. We have additional Rudis shirts if you do not have one.
• Table workers are reminded to watch the commentary during matches, as we will be live streaming from each mat and we do not want the mics picking up any inappropriate discussion.
