04/15/15 – Region Two Bass Fishing Tournament Moved to Lake Cumberland

Due to high water on Herrington Lake, the KHSAA Region 2 Bass Fishing tournament has been moved to Lake Cumberland and will launch out of Lake Cumberland State Resort Park. In order to accommodate teams that will be traveling the morning of the tournament there have been some slight adjustments to Saturday’s schedule. Please remember that all times are now Central Standard Time:  

Mandatory Registration & Check-in:

• Friday, April 17, 6-7:30 p.m. CST
• Lake Cumberland State Resort Park
  Launch Ramp (4 miles off US 127)
  6365 State Park Road
  Jamestown, KY 42629
• Anglers, coaches and captains must attend if arriving Friday.
• Pre-tournament meeting immediately following registration.

 Takeoff and Weigh-in:

• Saturday, April 18
• 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. CST Check-in for teams arriving Saturday morning
• 7:30 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. Rules Meeting for teams arriving Saturday morning 
• Takeoff: 8:00 a.m. CST
• Weigh-in: 4:00 p.m. CST
• Lake Cumberland State Resort Park
  Launch Ramp (4 miles off US 127)
  6365 State Park Road
  Jamestown, KY 42629

Teams arriving Saturday morning should contact Region Two Tournament Manager Randy Sullivan, 1-580-716-4261 to let him know you will not be arriving until the morning.
