The original due date has been extended due to issues in getting the survey distributed and ongoing championship activity delays.DUE BY MONDAY, JUNE 9, 2025. You will receive weekly reminders about submission.
First, we obviously hope that each of you has had a great school year and a good finish to this last season of championships. Every three years, per adopted policy (and state regulation), the KHSAA surveys the membership as to the desire to expand sports offerings. In this manner, the staff and Board of Control can continue to be proactive in offering new opportunities or assessing the satisfaction of its membership with the current offerings.

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association shall sponsor postseason competition in wrestling, provided that there is sufficient interest of the membership and such is approved by the Board of Control.
The Commissioner shall divide the state into geographic sections with the approval of the Board of Control. The alignment shall be reviewed for changes as needed due to significant changes in participation population. In the interim, newly added or deleted programs will be handled on a case by case basis by the Commissioner’s office.
As of January 1, 2025, the alignment is as follows (with manual notations to be made during the transition to the KHSAA360/ArbiterSports system):

We again want to thank each of you for your long-time dedication to the two weeks of basketball tournaments. We often talk about our devoted staff of workers and volunteers and how they truly make this the greatest show in hoops! We know most of you have all of this information in various forms but want to be sure we have it in one concise place.

Good morning!
We look forward to seeing our 2025 class of inductees and their representatives in just two weeks on March 18 at the KHSAA office in Lexington (2280 Executive Drive) for the videotaping of your segments for the banquet!
To follow up on the email back on Feb. 18 and to assist you in preparation for the upcoming schedule please review the below details. With production timelines, it will be essential that we meet the requests for information. Feel free to reach out to the office with any questions.

02/19/25 – Introducing the Dawahares/KHSAA Hall of Fame Class of 2025
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: FEB. 19, 2025
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association will induct its Class of 2025 into the Dawahares/KHSAA Hall of Fame presented by Roberts Insurance on Sunday, May 4, at the Central Bank Center Ballroom in Lexington. With the introduction of this year’s 12-member class, the Dawahares/KHSAA Hall of Fame has grown to 529 all-time members since its inception in 1988. Tickets to the Induction Ceremony will be available for purchase at a later date on khsaatickets.org.
Darren Bilberry, Fort Knox (Athlete) – A three-sport standout and 1985 graduate of Fort Knox, Darren Bilberry contributed to the Eagles’ first-ever state titles in the sports of football and track & field.
