12/12/13 – Reminders for Coaches for State Competitive Cheer Competition

We are excited about this weekend’s competitive cheer championships in Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington.  To help coaches prepare, here are a few reminders:

1) Please review the Participant Information Manual, Order of Appearance and Station-by-Station grids located on the KHSAA website:

2) Team check-in will be located on the back side of Alltech Arena in the North Exhibit Hall.  It will be marked accordingly.  Please check in per the time schedule.

3) There is no coaches meeting.  You will be given a one page sheet of any final updates to instructions or information upon your arrival.

4) Score Sheets will be available following the competition in the holding area.

5) Teams are admitted as a group in uniform.  You will receive up to 4 armbands for your alternates and 4 armbands for coach/floor level access.  These are the only folks admitted to the warm-up room.  No other individuals will have access.

6) Buses should park in the lower lot and on the grass (weather permitting).
