Instructions/information for the KHSAA Regional Archery Tournaments are now posted on the KHSAA website. Manager information is also posted on the KHSAA website and can be found here:

https://khsaa.org/archery/2025/archeryregionalmanagers.pdf

Regional Archery will be from March 10 – March 29 with the KHSAA State Archery Tournament to take place April 17 at Central Bank Center in Lexington. You can view the regional tournament instructions by clicking on the following link:

The Archery Postseason will be conducted using the Arrowscores platform (as opposed to NASP). Please note that both platforms (Arrowscores and NASP) are very similar and run by NASP to help facilitate this postseason. In addition to the Tournament Postseason Instructions, here are some resources to assist you whether you are hosting a Region Tournament, or simply need to register:

The Arrowscores site can be located at https://arrowscores.com/. You will notice it has a similar layout to the NASP website.

To set up an event using Arrowscores, please refer to these instructions: https://arrowscores.com/help/files/KHSAA-Posting-a-tournament.pdf. What is especially helpful, is that there are default set-ups for KHSAA events with the proper number of archers. This will help facilitate a quicker setup.

To help register an event, please refer to the following links:

https://arrowscores.com/help/files/KHSAA-School-Guide.pdf. This will help you set up your group and allow you to quickly link your team to your NASP account. This will avoid having to reload and enter each specific archer on your team.

https://arrowscores.com/help/files/Registering-For-A-Land-Based-Tournament.pdf. These instructions look very similar to the NASP instructions but will answer any questions you have about registration in general. For the details about your Region Tournament, please reach out to the host school or search for the event on https://arrowscores.com/ in the same manner you would NASP.

Please contact Assistant Commissioner Darren Bilberry (dbilberry@khsaa.org) should you have any questions.
