3/18/24 – ArbiterSports Statewide Training for Schools Webinar Registration Information

As announced by the Commissioner on March 12, the KHSAA Member School Portal (subdomain) will be migrated to ArbiterSports for the 2024-2025 school year. This challenging project will be rolled out in several phases, with the first phase being the opening of Fall schedule entry in Arbiter this upcoming April.

Key features you will learn in the first webinar:

• Schedule and Manage Games, Tournaments, and other Events.
• Link Teams to Assigners for a seamless game assignments process.
• Assign Event Workers to your scheduled events.
• Pay Officials and Event Workers.
• Import Student-Athletes to set up your team rosters.
• Go Live with your school’s ArbiterLive! website

Who should attend this webinar? 

At minimum, each school’s Athletic Director should attend.  It is up to each school’s Athletic Director as to whether or not they would like additional school personnel to attend (i.e. Assistant Athletic Directors and administrative assistants).  We also will leave it up to the discretion of each school as to whether or not they would like to have Head Coaches attend at this initial phase in the project timeline, as you know what would work best for each of you.

Additional Details

The content of both webinars will be the same.  We chose two dates to give schools flexibility.

The dates are:

• Tuesday, March 26 at 12:00 PM EST, and
• Thursday, March 28 at 11:00 AM EST. 

These seminars are scheduled for one hour in length but could vary depending on the number of questions asked.  The speakers will be Austin Winberg, Ashlee Lavatai, and Trey Castleberry from the ArbiterSports team, and Rob Catron from the KHSAA.
