Thank you for your work last weekend and for assisting this weekend.  Here is information to assist you for this weekend.

Dates: Friday, June 14; Saturday, June 15
Site: Kentucky Proud Park, UK Campus
Address: 510 Wildcat Court, Lexington
Parking: Due to the UK baseball team being out of town for the CWS, they have utilized the lot next to the entrance of the stadium with player vehicles.  Please use the map below to identify a spot in the Purple or Blue lots and plan accordingly.  Your parking pass from last week will be valid for this weekend as well.  In the event you didn’t work last weekend or don’t have the hang tag, simply show your event worker badge for admission.

Thank you for agreeing to work at the 2024 Clark’s Pump-N-Shop State Baseball Tournament, presented by UK HealthCare.  We are excited about the two weekends and wanted to provide you with some details for each site.

Dates: Thursday, June 6-Saturday, June 8
Site: Legends Field 
Address: 207 Legends Lane, Lexington
Parking: Upon turning onto Legends Lane, circle around the stadium to the first base side parking lot.  For Thursday, show your all-season event credential, and you will be admitted.  When you check-in, pick up a parking hang tag for the remainder of the event.
Check-In: Please check in at the Media/Team Check-in Gate which is located just past home plate on the third base side of the stadium.
Arrival Time: 8 a.m. (ET) Thursday and Friday; 8:30 a.m. (ET) Saturday

Address: 510 Wildcat Ct., Lexington
Parking: Upon turning onto Wildcat Court off of College Way, turn to your right to park in the purple lot.

KHSAA Pitching Limitation Rule (For all interscholastic play including scrimmages, regular season and all rounds of postseason) is based on the number of pitches thrown in a game with the following provisions:

  • The pitch count is based on pitches thrown for strikes (including all foul balls); balls; balls in play and outs.
  • Warm-up pitches allowed before each inning, warm up pitches allowed by the umpire in case of injury or game delay, and plays attempted against the batter-runner or any runner at first, second or third base do not count against the limit.
  • A pitcher at any level who reaches the pitch count limit in the middle of an at-bat will be allowed to finish that hitter.
  • All NFHS Substitution and Pitching Rules must be followed.
  • For pitchers pitching multiple levels, the most restrictive rule shall apply when there is conflict.

    The Kentucky High School Athletic Association shall sponsor postseason competition in baseball for boys, provided that there is sufficient interest of the membership and such is approved by the Board of Control. The Commissioner shall divide the state into geographic sections with the approval of the Board of Control. The entire alignment shall be reviewed when the Board of Control conducts a realignment related to basketball. In the interim, newly added or deleted programs will be handled on a case by case basis by the Commissioner’s office.
    As of July 17, 2014, the alignment in baseball is as follows —
    REGION 1
    District 1 – Carlisle County, Fulton City, Fulton County, Hickman County
    District 2 – Community Christian, McCracken County, Paducah Tilghman, St. Mary
    District 3 – Ballard Memorial, Graves County, Mayfield
